This event is hosted by New Horizon at Greenville Tech Barton Campus, Building 101 (Prisma Health Center for Health & Life Sciences). It is centered around educating the citizens of Greenville about the many healthcare programs and services available to them, reconnecting individuals who have fallen out of care, and engaging those who do not currently have a medical home.
