Who We Are
Mission: To educate and expose local middle and high school students on basic medical topics as well as health care careers to minimize the health care education gap and inform students about potential careers. Additionally, we hope to develop informal mentoring relationships.
What We Do
Classroom Visits of 50 Minutes:
- Hands-on activities involving topics such as cardiorespiratory function, blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, lifestyle medicine, and emergency services
- Presentation and discussion on a variety of healthcare careers
