Every month we gather for lunch to discuss research articles on a variety of topics. We tend to review new and historically significant data across a variety of specialties. On STEP II, in research projects, and in daily life, medical professionals are expected to be able to interpret emerging literature. What does new data mean to patients and our practice? In Journal Club, we often review important topics in statistics so that we can look at new data from a critical lens: Are authors' conclusions supported by the study data? How do we talk humbly about emerging data? This club is great practice for a future in medicine, and we hope you'll join our meetings!
