Queer Wellness Center (IPM/SL)

As the first of it’s kind, the QWC provides a safe and accepting environment where the queer community can gain access to affirming resources and businesses alike. We’re working to:

• destigmatize the queer community

• challenge current social constructs

• change the environmental landscape of affirming resources for LGBTQ+ individuals 

• Creating and sustaining mental health programming that does not currently exist for LGBTQ+ folks.

• Creating and maintaining a space where all LGBTQ+ folks feel welcome and can get basic needs met through our resource closet

• Providing funding for LGBTQ+ folks to gain access to medical and mental health care.

• Increasing affirmative providers through clinical training.
